I just finished a meeting with Toi Pōneke staff, going over the finer details of the event and the official proposal I put to them.
The proposal covers everything I could think of pertaining to the preparation and running of the event. It includes a health and safety plan, details of audience control and direction and what technical requirements will be in place for the performance.
Having spoken with the Centre, I now need to draw up a floor plan of where everything will be located, including merch stand, ticketing, stage, etc.
